Job description

Candidate should have his own Computer or Laptop, Internet connectivity & Headset or earphones.

Role Purpose:
 
Resolve customer queries on calls and e-mails, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain information security as per the guidelines of the company

Register cases in the system within Activation SLA and co-ordinate with ASPs to ensure service delivery within stipulated SLA s towards Road Side Assistance

Resolve customer queries on calls, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies.

Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal operations team from first call to case closure

Follow communication/update expectations with clients, in accordance with the EUROP ASSISTANCE policies & others as agreed upon

Qualification: Minimum HSC is required 
Full time/ Part time  
Experience: Fresher or 6+ months

Language Know: English & Hindi or any North Indian language 

Job Type: Full Time (8-8.5 Hours shift)
Part Time (5-5.50 Hours shift)

Online Training will be provided. 

Shift time: Rotational Shifts
