Candidate should have his own Computer or Laptop, Internet connectivity
& Headset or earphones.
Maintain information security as per the guidelines of the company
Register cases in the system within Activation SLA and co-ordinate with ASPs to ensure service delivery within stipulated SLA s towards Road Side Assistance
Role Purpose:
Resolve customer queries on calls and e-mails, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain information security as per the guidelines of the company

Resolve customer queries on calls, complaints, problems and transactions
coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE

Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal
operations team from first call to case closure
Follow communication/update expectations with clients, in accordance with
the EUROP ASSISTANCE policies & others as agreed upon
Qualification: Minimum HSC is required
Full time/ Part time
Experience: Fresher or 6+ months
Language Know: English & Hindi or any North Indian language
Job Type: Full Time (8-8.5 Hours shift)
