Job description

  1. Any domestic outbound or any telesales experience required
  2. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
  3. Selling Membership over the phone
  4. Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
  5. Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages
  6. Providing the right customer experience

Competency / skill required
  1. Language proficiency in Telugu, Eng,Hindi, telephone etiquette.
  2. Selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
  3. Degree Passed minimum qualification.
  4. Up-selling - Upgrading existing clients to next range of products
  5. Profitable Selling : Availing low discount percentage.

Required Candidate profile

  • Candidate will convert the free customer of Bharat Matrimony to paid one, Renew the existing customer & profile matching etc.
  • Reach out the various customer to explain them about product & features.
Mandatory : Graduate with min 1 years of tele calling exp.
Timing : 9:30 to 7:30
CTC : 2L with attractive Incentive plus PF and ESIC Facilities.
