Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Qualifications: Intermediate or Any Graduate

Type of Work: Full Time

Experienced: Minimum 1 to 5 years (from Customer care services)

 

Preferred Immediate Joiners.

 

Job Role:

 

Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat / Calls, Agent should follow all the process orders, forms, applications, and requests, keep records of customer interactions including record details of inquiries, comments.

 

Skill Set:
Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Telugu (Optional)

Basic Computer proficiency.
