KIMS Hospitals is hiring for IP Cash Billing Executive for Secunderabad Unit

Position             : IP Cash Billing Executive
Experience        : 1-3 Years
Qualification     : Any Graduation
Work Location  : Minister Road, Secunderabad
Skills                  : Typing Speed, Computer Knowledge, Should be able to speak Telugu,Hindi & English

Job Responsibilities:


Preparing Maintaining the Delivery challans in excel/ ERP

Preparing Maintaining the Invoices in excel/ ERP

 Making entries in Tally and account management

Managing store/ Inventory.

Making the above reports...

Handling Registration of patients,

 Explaining rates, charges, services, discounts (if any) and hospital policy regarding payment of bills, Compute bills of the patients collect payments and process the admission of patients to a hospital facility, medical... latest vacancy for billing and tpa

While discharging the patient, cross check personally the advances received form the patients and after due confirmation, from attendant prepare final bill.

Coordinate with departments for settlement of bills.

Handling Billing activities as per Hospital tarrif, packages & Policies

Maintaining discipline and cordial relations among patients and billing executives and will all other inter related departments.
