Process: Semi Voice (UK process )

Qualification: Undergraduates are also Eligible

Shifts : 12.30 pm to 5.30 am (Rotational shifts)

Eligibly: Fresher’s can also Apply

Hiring Radius : 30 Km from Uppal

Work location : Uppal NSL building.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web-chat and email based communication tools.
  • Responsible to save customers from deactivating the subscription of services & respond to other types of inquires
  • Responsible to receive high volume of incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
  • Responsible to document customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems
  • Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate Roles & Responsibilities:

Salary: ₹1.50 to ₹3.20 /year
