FINANCE MANAGER
Job Location:HYDERABAD
Role : FINANCE MANAGER (Qualified-1st Attempt)
Job Description:
Mainly Responsible for handling
the following functions
Finance
& Accounts
-Financial Planning
& Budgetary Control
-MIS &
System Implementation
-Auditing
& Taxation
-Budgeting &
Financial Planning
-Banking &
Fund Management
-Compliance &
Governance
-Core financial
management of receivable and payable
-Audit function implementation
-Provide analytical data to Management with cross function spending
report.
-Ensures the company
complies with all tax regulation/tax reports and maintains effective tax
compliance practices in -Direct / Indirect Taxes, FEMA.
-Ensures Insurance Compliance on all Fixed Assets and Current Assets.
-Attending to Tax Assessments , Personal Hearings , Clarifications
& Compliance, Interfacing with Tax Departments for completion of
assessments etc
-Overall
responsible for compliance to Weekly and Monthly Reports MIS Reports, Cash
Flow Statements & Fund Flow Statements
-Maintain of Fixed Asset Register on ongoing basis
As a designated head of Department, coordinates Inter Department and
provide the necessary information to the team.
-Conducting root cause analysis, entailing cost drivers analysis budget
v/s actual and ensuring that OPEX & CAPEX & Profits are adequately
within the specified budgetary parameters.
-Implementing accounting / financial systems with a view to ensure
smooth accounting operations and facilitate internal financial control.
-Implementation of cost control measures at various levels, Ensuring
best practices & procedures are followed through best adoption of
Internal Control & Procedures to be implemented from time to
time.
-Provide support to Finance Department to ensure effective systems and
processes are established and working as a successful team member.
-To independently handle Corporate Finance in a decentralized set up.
-To handle statutory and internal audit.
-To provide management with timely accurate information in the areas of
costs, MIS, budget, variances to budgets / forecast, working capital
management, compliance, etc
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
-To ensure compliance and governance in all areas of operations both
internal and external.
-Preparation of financial plans, budget, forecast and variance analysis
to actual.
-Management of working capital finance and accounting personnel and
support to team members.
-Working capital management to ensure that adequate and optimum level is
maintained.
-Implement internal and external policies and regulations and ensure no
control lapses.
-Supervise, control and monitor complete accounting function of the
company, head office and branch operations.
-Periodic book closing for MIS and preparation of relevant reports with
variances analyzed and reported to management regularly.
-Manage projects, financing, accounting, and capitalization and ensure
that costs are within approval limits.
-Corporate taxation.
-Periodic review of accounts and take corrective actions.
-To handle statutory and internal audits independently.
-Exposure in foreign currency hedging and accounting.
-Consolidate and analyze reports.
-Evaluate and finalize viability report of the projects.
-GST compliance and supervision of GST returns and assessment.

REQUIREMENTS
-CA(Qualified in 1st attempt) / ICWA - minimum 3 years of experience.
-M.COM with minimum 5 years retail experience
-Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
& Cost Accounting Standards.
-Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and
software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis.
-Working Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
-Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.
-Good written, verbal and collaborative skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
-Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
-Situational leadership and disciplinarian qualities.
-Must be a team player and having good inter-personal skills.
-Ability to manage team members and showcase leadership qualities.
