Associates We Need

We are looking for individuals with strong sales acumen, an urge to benefit the customers, self-motivated and eager to grow with the organization.

PRIMARILY THIS WOULD BE IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK FROM HOME.

Responsibilities

• Understand and build passion for making a difference to the people and organizations.
• Learn the services offered in terms of the target customers and value or benefits they get from the services
• Identification of potential customers in the geographical area allocated and introduce the organization and the services beign delivered over phone.
• Cold calling and mailing
• Generation of leads and forward the interested leads to the sales team.
• Forward the leads to sales team using CRM solution.
• For all further communication, sales team would keep the telecaller in loop.
• Telecaller will be paid based on the final sales which get generated from leads forwarded.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years in telesales, lead generation and inside sales
• However freshers with zeal to make a sales careers and aiming for a great career in Sales can also apply.

Skills

• Engineering Graduates or MBAs are desirable
• Very Good Communication Skills
• Passion for what they do
• Self motivated
• Should have a two wheeler as the job involves quite an amount of travelling

Remuneration

This job is purely incentive/ commission based and not fixed salary.

Expected Earning in the form of Sales Commission may be in the range from INR 20,000/- to INR 25,000/- per month with effect from third month. First two months may be around INR 10,000/-.
