Baanyan Software Services, Inc. is looking for a strong technical recruiter to guide best practices and deliver exceptional candidate experiences from initial outreach, to offer.


Our team is growing rapidly, and you'll be one of the first points of contact for candidates. If you thrive on interacting with folks of different backgrounds and skill-sets, this is the role for you!

 

WHAT YOU WOULD DO:

Extensive knowledge of working on W2/C2C/ Full Time positions ( Client requirement)


 Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.


 You will build a diverse pipeline of top IT Consultants using creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking etc.).


Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and close candidates for assigned requisitions.

 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

1-5 years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter


Experience in sourcing OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens


Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).


Must have excellent negotiation skills.


Must be good in creating Boolean searches.
