Roles and Responsibilities

·       Responding promptly to customer inquiries

·       Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

·       explain the customers - based on insurance T&C

·       customer follow-up

·       feedback on Consumer Portal

·       Maintain register for the same

·       knowledge required on MS-Excell

Desired Candidate Profile

·       Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation.

·       0 - 1 Yr experience same domain.

·       Should be good skills in MS Excel.

·       Should be good in oral and written communications.

·       Languages – Telugu / Hindi / English.

 

Expereince: 0 – 1 Year
