A. New ODSC Site Acquisition
• Candidate identification near the proposed nominal 
• Collecting initial owner demand for rent ( to be further negotiated by JC FC&A)
• Collecting documents required for legal due diligence

B. Agreement Registration
• Follow up and collaborate for Agreement Registration with owner and advocate

C. Owner Issue Resolution
• Ensuring there are no issues from owner side during the installation process
• Any issues arising from owner are resolved in a timely manner


Pre-Requisite

Education : 12th /Graduation

Less than 30 Years


CTC: 10k In Hand + ESIC + PF

Vacancy : Across Telangana
