Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Associate for International Voice and Chat process at Amazon Development Center (India).

Job Locations: Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Noida, Indore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Mangalore and Lucknow

We are hiring immediate joiners, candidates located only in the above mentioned locations are eligible for this opportunity (Candidates from other locations kindly ignore this job posting)

Candidate should be also comfortable to work from office post to the pandemic situation.

Shift: 24*7 Shift (Should be comfortable to work any 9 hours a day including Night shift with 2 consecutive rotational week offs

Salary Range:

Hyderabad, Pune & Noida: 2 LPA - 3.3 LPA

Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Mangalore and Lucknow: 1.69 LPA till 2.2 LPA

Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package:

Zeta Meal Card - INR 1100/month i.e. 13,200/- PA

Health insurance benefit 5 LPA

Night Shift Allowance - INR 150/Night

Overtime Allowance as per company policy

Internet Allowance (Only work from home) - upto INR 1250

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification is 10+2 pass & any graduate can also apply.

Must be fluent in English communication and willing to work in night shift
