-Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls.
-Cold calls (100 no's) prospects and offers services of the company. Phone numbers of prospects are given by the company to call.
-Influences customers to avail of the services by following a script to give service reference information.
-Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
-Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
